Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items purchased from Da Dapper Daze. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Items in original condition with tags attached
• Items that have not been worn or washed
• Items returned within 30 days of purchase
• Items with original packaging and accessories

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Items returned after 30 days from purchase date
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at dadapperdaze@gmail.com with your order number
2. We will provide you with a return authorization number
3. Package the item securely with the original packaging
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
5. Once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the returned item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
